Maybe try to use some actual newspaper image and then edit it with AI to include what you need instead of doing it from scratch? Also, you could tell use some details how would you like it to look like. (yeah, I know, it's kinda late response for the post from month before but I wasnt here then).

Grokimagine and getimg ai can do new images based on uploaded images that have consistent characters. You can change what you want just like in your example. In grokimagien you can even upload multiple images to show character from various angles so the new generated images will be consistent...
