Reusing characters and sets is the hard part, most generators drift on faces and rooms after a few shots. A storyboard template helps you lock camera angles and room layout before you generate anything. Keep a few reference images of each character and set and feed them back in every time. Also think about a sitcom look: flat 2D style tends to hold consistency better than photoreal. Are you aiming for a full episode or just a short test scene first?
