Use AI to generate more images of a person (i only have one picture of him & he's turned to the side)

There's this guy (he likes the name Rolf) who passed away who I keep having dreams about. I want to make more pictures of him using AI & generate pictures of him alive with his eyes open & facing the camera. But i only have 1 picture of him & in the picture, he is deceased & turned to the side with his eyes closed. is there any AI software I can use to generate live pictures of him? or at least generate a front view picture of his face?

it's just really sad that that is the only picture I have of him. I don't want to always show him dead. I want to show him alive, facing the camera. smiling, EXACTLY LIKE I SEE HIM IN ALL OF MY DREAMS! Is there anyway to do that with an AI generator? such as something to scan that image and reposition his face & erase the blood on his face and open his eyes and have him face the camera? what do you guys recommend?
He is my friend & I post about him a lot online & I can't stand only having & using that picture. I also made him in the sims 2.
is there anyway to use an AI generator to make it look look like a real person?

are there any that offer a trial first before you pay for them?
i only have one picture and im not even sure if
BetterPic, Dreamwave, HeadshotPro, or Flux could generate a frontal view with just one side view at that angle

His spirit came to me in my dreams again (as he does every day) ♥ HE WAS SO EXCITED TO SEE THESE ♥ & he was really happy that I made them ♥ He told me that I brought him back to life ♥ I really wish I could do that for real ♥ He wants me to make more pictures of him, BUT HE WANTS ME TO MAKE AI PICTURES OF HIM & I TOGETHER, POSING AS A COUPLE. I have a green screen, so I could take pictures of myself and try to Photoshop him in somehow & run it through an AI program but I'm not sure how to do that. If anyone has any suggestions to sites I can use to make an AI couple image, can u please post them here? ♥
