ChatGPT's Ethical Slip-Ups Raise Concerns for AI in Healthc

So, there’s this new thing about AI making ethical decisions in medicine. Seems like even advanced models like ChatGPT can mess up when the scenarios get tweaked a bit. Researchers found that tweaking familiar ethical dilemmas made the AI slip up, which is pretty worrying if you think about it.

I mean, AI is supposed to be super smart, but if it can’t handle slightly altered situations, there’s a big gap in how it thinks ethically. Especially in medical stuff, where decisions can mean life or death, this feels like a major red flag. It’s interesting how a small twist can throw it off, but also kinda scary for the future of AI in healthcare.

As far as I see it, AI has potential, but relying on it for ethical calls in medicine? Not sure that’s ready yet. What do you think? Should AI ever be making life-or-death decisions? Where do we even draw the line?
